A little bit about me...
As the team leader and owner of the brokerage, Anne excels in providing exclusive representation for both buyers and sellers, offering exceptional service and expertise in the luxury real estate sector of the Austin Metro Area. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Anne spent several years as a project manager in environmental engineering and consulting before transitioning to real estate. Her unique background combines engineering intuition, construction knowledge, and real estate expertise, making her both a skilled negotiator and a trusted advisor. Since moving to Austin in 1991, Anne has developed an intimate knowledge of the area's diverse neighborhoods. She is also deeply involved in her husband Bruce’s business, Haikola Custom Construction, further enhancing her industry insight. With over 20 years in real estate, Anne has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout the Austin area.
